You can permanently delete your SpendFlow account and all of its data at any time. This page covers the SpendFlow Android app (com.tnm.spendflow.prod) and the SpendFlow web app. Both use the same account.
In the Android app
- Open Settings, then Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. You will be asked twice, then returned to the sign-in screen.
If you cannot sign in
Email
technextmaster@gmail.com from the email address of the account, with the subject “Delete my SpendFlow account”. We need to confirm the request comes from the account holder before deleting anything.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, transactions, categories, accounts, budgets, preferences, vehicle entries, receipt photos and profile photo. It cannot be undone. Before you delete, you can export your data as a CSV file from
Settings → Export & Import Data.
Crash reports and analytics from the Android app are kept by Firebase under its own retention rules and are not tied to your account data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
